Embelsire verore

S'para e vras mendjen per te ndare me ju embelsira e gatime. te vetmet perjashtime perfshijne gjerat e lehta (te vetmet qe mund te motivojne perhapjen).
Parulla e pershtatshme: Lexoje, gatuaje dhe mos ja trego armikut!

2,5 dl ajke qumeshti (me te pakten 20% yndyre) -nese gjen ajke me vanilje perdor me mire ate.
200 gram cokollate te bardhe
1 pako (2,5 dl) gjize pak te tharte pa kripe ose djathe te njome te athet me shije vanilje (cheese curd ose kesella)
1 luge gjelle sheqer pluhur

Rrih ajken. Shkri cokollaten ne banjemari (ne ene me uje te nxehte) ose ne mikrovale.
Perziej ajken e rrahur me gjizen. Shto sheqerin dhe cokollaten.
Hidhe masen e pergatitur ne gota embelsire dhe lere te ftohet ne frigorifer.
Servire me fruta pylli.

Kesella i jep embelsires nje shije te fresket e te kendshme nderkohe cokollata e bardhe dhe sheqeri e bejne "embelsire" prej verteti.
