Well, I say that you should come- he said.

You are not the boss of me- she said. Rebel without a cause, trying to state the need of not being owned. The need of not being controlled, not being led by the hand and inchained with thousands of promises and unfulfilled hopes.

Come one now stop acting like a spoiled brat-he said.
I'm no brat -she said. If you promise to give me your love, share your happines and despair with me I might chose to follow- she said.

Profesioni i gabuar

Sipas studimit te fundit (nuk e kam idene cili eshte i parafundit e as nese ekziston) ne stresohemi gjithmone e me teper nga puna. Cdo nje ne 5 gra dhe cdonje ne gjashte burra ka nje nivel te tille stresi qe ndikon negativisht tek shendeti.

Profesionet me me teper stres per burrat jane:
  1. postier
  2. roje/bodyguard
  3. pastrues
  4. shofer
  5. informator me kontakt direkt me perdoruesin
Nderkohe profesionet me me teper stres per grate jane:
  1. postiere
  2. shofere
  3. Guide/shoqeruese turistesh
  4. roje/bodyguarde
  5. pastruese
Nderkohe konstatohet se berberet dhe parukieret nuk vuajne nga stresi ne te njejtat nivele gje qe sipas studiuesve lidhet me faktin qe shume prej tyre kontrollojne vete sa dhe si punojne duke qene te vetepunesuar.

Dy reflektimet e mia te rastit:
a) paskam zgjedhur profesionin e gabuar (megjithese jashte 5-shes me te rrezikshme)
b) pse nuk permendet niveli i stresit te shtepiakeve apo te CEO-ve ?

Bakllava e thjeshte (per pertacet)

Qe mund te beni nje bakllava te shijshme me peta te gatshme e dini te gjithe.
Megjithate edhe ne kategorine "bakllava e mire" ka lloje e lloje.
Te shkrifeta, jo shume te shkrifeta me pak arra me sherbet te trashe me sherbet te sheqerosur (qe eshte bere kokrizor) etj etj.

Personalisht mburrem se kam nje variant kaq te thjeshte bakllavaje sa eshte pertaci te mos ta besh. Per nje tave te vogel duhen
900 grame (2 pako me 450 grame) brume gjalpi (Sfoliate, smördeg, peta vol-au-vent). Ne pakot qe perdor zakonisht 450 grame nenkupton 10 peta te ngrira katrore afersisht 15*15.
300 grame arra/bajame te shtypura.
4 decilitra sheqer dhe pak karafil, vanilje e kanelle.
Lere brumin sa te shkrihet ne menyre qe petet te shkeputen nga njera-tjetra.
Hapi petet derisa t'u dyfishosh permasat. Vendos dy pete ngjitur me njera tjetren ne tave, hidhu siper pak arra dhe bajame te shtypura/ grira holle påerzier me pak sheqer. Vazhdo te shtrosh petat duke u hedhur mbushjen midis derisa te kesh perdorur te gjitha petat (max 10 rradhe nese i ke hapur shume petet por edhe me 5 rradhe mjafton nese do te besh nje tepsi pak me te madhe). Pre thelat e bakllavase para se ta pjekesh.
Piqe ne pjesen e poshtme te furres ne 225 grade per 20-25 minuta.

Pergatit sherbetin ne perzierjen 1 me 1 dhe jepi shije me pak kanelle, karafil e vanilje. Lere te trashet pak. Hidhja sherbetin ne temperature ambjenti bakllavase se ftohur.

Duke qene se petat jane vete me gjalpe nuk ka nevoje per gjalpe apo yndyre shtese.
Petet jane kaq te shkrifeta sa po te priten pas pjekjes/sherbetosjes do te shperbehen ndaj une i pres para pjekjes.

ps: Kjo bakllava mund te pergatitet edhe nga ata/ato qe nuk dine te tehollin pete. Ne ate rast perdor petet e gatshme pa i hapur fare dmth ne formatin e gatshem te paketes. Ngaqe brumi me gjalpe ka nje tendence te fryhet shume nuk duhen vendosur me shume se 3 shtresa.
